Description

At the moment, it's only possible to enable/disable a plugin. However, plugins such as Exposé requires additional settings (such as key to trigger it which is statically set in the source file for now), so it would be great to be able to have per-plugin section.

Expose: Add configuration file instead of defining settings in source code (closes #10).

Change program argument `-c' to a directory containing configuration files
(core.conf and one for each plugin when relevant).

Also, fix configuration file search order as Autoconf directory was checked
before $HOME directory...
